Well this news is quite sad for people who love dogs. It is known over the reports that a Suffield man is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after police said he dragged his dog for 10 minutes while it was tied to his pickup truck. Clearly it violates every page in the animal rights book. I think that with people like this man have really gone off the board with abusing his pet dog, due to the influence of illegal drugs and/or alcohol. The report said that the dog has sadly died.

In a report on the case, Suffield police said that they stopped Brian Moson on Sunday night after a report of a dog being dragged along River Boulevard. It was apparent that Moson, is under the influence of alcohol, they said.  Police say Moson told them he forgot he tied the 5-year-old Australian Shepherd to the back of the truck, which clearly a lie.

The dog was taken to VCA Boston Road Animal Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts Moson has been charged with animal cruelty and operating under the influence, but reports said that Moson has been released after posting bond. It is just sad that an animal abuser like him is still out, but I hope that it could be a lesson for him and hopefully no more incidents like that will happen.

This is a sad story, indeed. Sad Poor dog.... Why are there so many people who are very careless? Never drink when you drive and never drive when you're drunk!!!
